We’re Steve and Gina Tomasino, proud owners of The Real Home Watchers of Naples & Concierge Services.

Steve retired from the Rockford, IL, police department after 26 years of service. In 2012, we moved to Naples, FL, where Steve worked as a home watch inspector under the guidance of Carl Lorenzini at Homewatch Services Etc. After six years and thousands of inspections, he became a Certified Home Watch Professional through the National Home Watch Association.

Gina, originally from Green Bay, WI, served seven years with the Rockford Police Department before joining the Collier County Sheriff’s Department in 2012, where she worked as a Corrections Corporal for 11 years. She retired in 2024 to focus full-time on our business.

In 2022, we started a cleaning business that quickly expanded into home watch and concierge services in response to client demand. Our mission is to provide a one-stop solution for caring for your home while you’re away—so when you return, you can simply relax and enjoy everything beautiful Naples has to offer.

Isabella graduated from Gulf Coast High School in Naples and attended Seminole State College in Orlando, where she took home design classes. She has now joined the family business, bringing her expertise in design to add organization, decluttering, and cleaning services to our clients. Back in Orlando, Isabella worked for a local interior decorating company, where she helped design and make mood boards and met with contractors to complete the projects.

Rosie is our beloved office dog, a Boston Terrier rescue from a Miami backyard breeder. Although she does more playing than helping, she adds joy to our office environment.
